The manager of this property leaves much to be desired. She is relentless about keeping deposits. Just because I extended my stay she charged me for ANOTHER DEPOSIT, when the other employees had not done the same. There was no reason for it and I knew in my guts she was doing it and I would not see that money again. I was right. In front of me as j checked out, she had house keeping go to my room and she in the most insincere tone goes “oh noooo yeah they said that it’s bad and you’re not getting your deposit back. Yeah we have to keep it.” Also, I had a service animal and showed the license for it and she wouldn’t refund the pet fee she charged me. I could sue for that. Lastly, she profusely talked crap about the motel 6 directly across the street. Said it was terrible and ghetto and I’d be much happier there at studio 6. Let me tell you- I’m here now at the motel 6 across the street and the customer service is unparalleled. They don’t charge deposits and they even have a kiosk to remake your room keys cuz they will admit that the keys demagnetize pretty easily. They make your stay so simple and carefree. Do NOT go to studio 6! Don’t be fooled by the microwave and fridge. It’s not worth it. You’ll never see your deposit again, they will buckle and dime you. I want to exclude the other 2 employees at the front desk I dealt with. A young man and a nice young woman. It’s the manager that destroys this experience. DONT STAY HERE!!! It’s a major rip off!
