This was, unfortunately, the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
Upon entering our room, we discovered bed bugs on the curtains, as well as brown stains on the bed sheets and pillows. As we were traveling with small children, staying in such unsanitary conditions was absolutely not an option. We immediately went to the front desk to request a room change, but there were no staff members available, as they had already left for the night.
Left with no other choice, we left a written note at the front desk detailing the situation and immediately sent an email requesting to cancel our reservation.
To date, we have received absolutely no reply. I am deeply disappointed and appalled by the complete lack of communication and the unprofessional, insincere manner in which this serious issue has been handled.
