A strong B+/A- lodging experience
My overnight stay at the Ramada in Frisco, Colorado, was fine. The physical plant was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The bed was firm, but still comfortable. I always have trouble sleeping the first couple of nights that I'm in Summit County regardless of where I stay because of the lower oxygen level in the air at that high altitude, so I don't think that my sleeplessness was related to the bed, but to the oxygen level.
The "free" breakfast was about average, certainly nothing to differentiate it from almost any other "free" breakfast offered by any other comparable lodging option. The staff with whom I interacted were friendly and helpful, something that is often taken for granted by tired travelers.
I'll grade the lodging at a strong B+/A- level, a better "free" breakfast might have earned a higher grade from me, but to earn an "A" the organization has to go above and beyond 'cause I believe that excellence is a high bar that is seldom actually reached.
