The hotel was clean, and nice. I have no complaints there. Unfortunately this only allows a review of the hotel. If I could though I would give hotels.com 0 stars. The pool at this hotel isn’t operable, and hasn’t been for several months. We have young kids looking forward to swimming. Expecting the pool to be open. Why? Because the hotel.com site shows pictures of a fully functioning pool. Even though the hotel notified them that it wasn’t working months ago. Hotels.com took pool off of the hotels amenities list, and left the photos of the pool. The pictures showed me a nice hotel with a nice pool, so no need to look at the amenities list. Anyway, I contacted hotels.com talked what I have to assume was Ai, the bot informed me that I would be contacted by their supervisor. That was a week ago, and I have t heard squat. There’s lots of other sites out there, it may be time for me at least to try another site. Very disappointed.
