The hotel is beautiful and very well located.
The staff is attentive, and the room is a good size.
Although the rooms are always clean, they have an unpleasant smell due to the lack of air circulation, the windows do not open. This is a real shame, as it significantly affects the overall experience. Even though everything was clean, the odor remains.
Another unpleasant point is a mandatory charge of USD 45 per day for items such as beach towels, bicycles, etc. Even if you don’t use these services, you are still required to pay. In addition, at check-in they charge a USD 100 deposit,day, and at checkout, even if you disagree, the amount is already charged.
Parking is USD 45 per night.
These two points negatively impact the experience. That said, the hotel’s structure and location are excellent, which makes it even more disappointing.
