I am appalled that Hotels.com would have this horrible place on their site! I would like a refund as I could not even sleep in the room! The bed was really hard and made clucking noise whenever I moved on it. I had to hang two towels over the front window curtains to block out the light as there were only sheer curtains on the windows. The lock was only a simple door knob lock and as a strange man was grilling his supper right outside my door in front of his door, I was worried the door would now be enough to stop anyone from breaking in! There was not even a bar of soap to wash my hands! I booked this as I believe most people do by looking at the pictures. They showed a pretty pond and nice outside areas, none of this was there! The property was extremely run down and did not seem safe. I will never use hotels.com and unless reimbursed, will tell everyone I know, that they have bad hotels on their site and do not care about their customers! Lynda Yankovich
