The room size was good and had a small kitchen. Breakfast was just a small sandwich (I had option which one to choose) with a cup of coffee and a glass of sugary drink, not acceptable at all. I checked out early and asked the young receptionist who could speak English how I could go to Bangkok by bus ,She looked at me and said Google it yourself. She didn't seem busy so I was surprised that she didn't want to help one of their guests with a simple request. She allowed me to leave my luggages at the hotel, but didn't want to give me a claim check. There are three three large rooms with sixteen beds in each operated as a hostel under a different name and didn't seem secure at all. So I had to find a secure location on my own for a few hours. The information on the internet wasn't accurate so I spent 2.5 hours to make it to the right terminal. Each time I had to wait 15 minutes for the Grab to show up. To make the long story short customer service is poor at this hotel, at least their receptionist who speaks English doesn't care much. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
