The pictures don’t really depict the property as accurately as they should. The room was decent but definitely felt dated and bare minimum cleaned/maintained. I feel like the maintenance team and owners should do a better job of keeping things looking nice. The property has a lot more potential but the operational aspect is lacking. Could easily be a 4 or 5 star rating under the right leadership. The lobby was clean and smelled good, front desk staff was quick and friendly. Decent stay for the money.

Hallway and inside rugs smelt musty. No security on ground. People outside in parking lot were getting high on weed. They were in a group of construction workers. Felt uncomfortable.

I arrived later than anticipated and was so happy to be greeted by Tammy-Kay! She is such a delightful woman, kind, & exceptionally helpful. She explained everything to me as I was unsure of where my room was and ensured I had a convenient ground floor room to make it easier for me with my healing broken foot. There was someone with heavy feet in the room above me but I was honestly so tired at night I fell right to sleep. The room was the perfect layout with a mini kitchen space, stove, & full sized fridge. The bathroom was also handicap equipped. Water pressure was good & room temperature was perfect. There is also a small closet with iron, ironing board, & a hair dryer. There was a desk with a chair next to the bed and a chair with a coffee table on the other side of the room to relax in. It’s perfect for short stays & was an exceptionally convenient location for me. I would most definitely recommend this lodging option again for the future.

First room we checked into was dirty.. the beds had hair in them and it wasn’t cleaned. We moved rooms with little resistance from staff but also they didn’t believe me it wasn’t clean. We get to the next room and it wasn’t much better but the beds were clean. My biggest surprise is that people live there. It’s pretty much a huge apartment complex. Loud Hispanic music playing all hours of the night and partying. Staying with children and can afford to stay elsewhere… do it! Oh and they charged me randomly $38.36 at 3am after already holding a $100 deposit. Had to have the front desk fix it the next morning. Had I not been watching my account I would have never known. Stay somewhere else.

The Front Desk staff ignored me for quite a while while they chatted about karma and problems with roommates. The TV did not work and was not corrected and this morning it started to rain from the second floor bathroom above ours. I will never stay here again.

The couch in the room literally looked like it was pulled off the street. Black with dirt, covered in suspicious stains and full of holes. Everything was old and falling apart. People were smoking weed in the parking lot and listening to loud music until late in the night. We had three nights booked; we stayed only one and checked out the next morning as fast as we could.

The rooms was clean and the staff was vey friendly. I ask for a early check in and a room on the floor. The woman checking me took care of my requests. I would recommend this hotel.

Tammy front desk was great. Things for improvement: 1) Building A staircase was dirty. Clean the runners on the steps! 2) In shower, the body wash bottle was non-functioning in room 213. 3) Bedside lamp on right side was non-functional in same room. 4) TV needs to be upgraded to have internet streaming option. No one wants to watch only commercial on old mass media. People want to stream from their services such as Neflix, Paramount, Amazon Prime etc. 5) Toilet does not appear to be oblong but only round style. Upgrade to ADA oblong.

The room was well laid out, the beds were very comfortable, and we were glad to have the kitchenette with a normal fridge/freezer! All the staff were courteous and professional. The only thing that I wasn’t impressed with was the air fresheners in the lobby and hallway- they were apparently set on “overpowering”. But you couldn’t smell them in the room so it wasn’t a big issue. We thought it was a great value and we would stay again!

The coffee maker was unusable because it was shedding plastic shreds from the reservoir and depositing in the pot. I tried to clean it and removed a lot, but continued to be a problem. The iron cord was broken and would not retract. Stairway was dirty and carpet worn. Odorous. They locked me out before checkout time. No coffee in the lobby as advertised. The building door did not lock and was not restricted access. Mattress was lumpy. Difficult to regulate temperature.

Very nice stay. Thomas, at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Place was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was perfect with everything we needed. Easy access to the property. Good location. Quiet and safe. We will stay here again. By the way, anything you need for cooking is one ask away. Just ask at the front desk. NICE!

We arrived after dark and could not find the main office, there are a couple buildings and the sign for the office is not illuminated. Our room was a queen bedroom with a full size sofa bed. The shower curtain rod was curved but instead of curving out, the wall mounts were loose and it curved down. The mattress for the sofa bed was well worn and felt like sleeping on a bag of sticks, lots of things poking at your back. Also, you need to go to the front desk and ask for bedding because they don't have any in the room for the sofa bed. My traveling companion said the queen bed was comfortable. The door from the hallway leading outside did not have a latch, so anyone could walk inside. The room was clean enough but the sofa had cigarette burns on the cushions and the room still has a faint, stale smoke odor. I suppose if you only used the bed in the bedroom, this room would be fine but if you're planning on using the sofa bed, I can't recommend this place. We also had a group of construction workers staying there who sat in the parking lot drinking beer and listening to music most nights.
