I am writing to formally report serious issues during our recent stay at your hotel and to request appropriate compensation.
Upon arrival, we discovered bedbugs in our assigned room. Additionally, the air conditioning in that room was not functioning. After reporting these issues, we were moved to another room, which we appreciate; however, the replacement room had an air-conditioning unit that was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep.
This occurred after a 14-hour travel day while traveling with a 10-year-old child and a two-year-old toddler. Due to the conditions, none of us were able to rest properly, which significantly impacted our stay and caused considerable stress and exhaustion.
Bedbugs present a serious health and hygiene concern, and combined with the lack of functional and quiet climate control, the experience fell well below acceptable hospitality standards.
Given the circumstances, I am requesting a refund or other reasonable compensation for the inconvenience, discomfort, and distress caused. Please let me know how you intend to resolve this matter.
