First, the staff were friendly, attentive and helped solve some problems. The problems; 1. construction everywhere. Fumes from constuction adheasive everwhere. Surprised workers were npot weaing respirators. Phone in room couldn't get through to desk. Plastic masking on outside of building while painting covered air conditioning vents. A.C. in next room "moaned" all night. Halls closed with plastic while paining, so had to walk outside to get from room to front desk. Had to walk to front desk to get wifi password. No directory in room for local resources, like resturants, events, transportation, etc. The lobby in the lovely ad for this facility was under construction. Place should have been closed during construction, except I would feel bad for the staff. What I paid for this "not ready for prime time" or any time was much too high. One last thing. The room, for me was too cold. The thermostat didn't give a heat setting and there were no operating instructions in the room.
