The room from filthy. Tokiet seat was broken.Carpet pulling away from door ways. Bedding was stained,floor tile in bathroom was broken, microwave top was bent, crome tissue bolder in wall covered with rust. We DID NOT STAY. WE LEFT. DO NOT GO TO THIS MOTEL!!

Rooms are old and dated. So the cost is in line for what you get. The linen didn't smell like bleach like most do, so I question the cleanliness. Good thing I brought my own. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was your typical continental style.

Understand this is a budget facility. We were hoping for a no frills quick on and off on a trip. The basics were not covered- expect it to be at least clean and functioning. Toilet was broken, sheets were dirty, blankets had cigarette burns when it was a no smoking room, etc. Overall run down facility.

The price was nice but everything else was disguising. The room was extremely dirty and smelled bad. The TV didnā€™t work. AC filter was old and dirty and fell apart. Parking lot is full of pot holes. The tub looked like It hasnā€™t been cleaned in months. Everything was extremely dusty. Sunflower seeds all over the floor like it hasnā€™t been vacuumed in weeks. We will never stay here again.

This room should not have been rented out. It was horrible!! See pictures! The tub was unclean and everything was dusty and the room stank!! I was so tired after driving 12 hours and I really felt I had been taken but I was so tired I thought I will lay on top of the bed but the smell drove me out at 4. I expect a refund for this horrible experience.

I donā€™t understand the recent positive reviews! They suckered us into a terrible experience :-( Our first room was very filthyā€¦ stuff all over floors, holes in sheets, severe water damage on wall (so likely mold behind?!?), and dirty surfaces. My wife dampened a white cloth and wiped around the sink and part of the desk, see photo of cloth :-( As if all that was not enoughā€¦ I was the one to clear out our room. I messed up and did not grab my wifeā€™s small clothing bag from a shelf in a nook next to the sink. Upon arriving at home and realizing our mistake, we immediately contacted the hotel. Every time I was told they didnā€™t have it but would check with housekeeping and get back with meā€¦ they wouldnā€™t get back! I called the morning after, was told to call back in 30 minutes and did, was told at that time they would check with house keeping and let me knowā€¦ after 6 hours I called back and was agin told they would ask aroundā€¦ next day same run around, told they would call back and after 6 hours I called agin and told again I would get a call back. Today I called to check on yesterday and was hung up on. We are now out several hundred dollars in clothing (bike shorts, some recently purchased performance shirts, and misc) and paid too much for unacceptable conditions. I have contacted Wyndham customer service and for the first time was treated with concern! The hotel never offered any reconciliation but the customer service rep said to expect an acceptable solution in a week.
How is a chunk this big missed by cleaning staff?!?
There was debris all over the floor. My wife was going to go ask for a vacuum but instead we got moved from 249 to 259ā€¦ second room had less debris, but still had too much.
Rag after wiping around the sink and part of a deskā€¦ after this my wife requested a different room. The second room was only marginally better.
Multiple holes in our bed sheets. Second room didnā€™t have holes, but the bed sheets were so worn they had piling and discolored on each side where people sleep.

RUN!!!!! Do not go here. The pictures on the website are not a true representation of the place. Needing an update is putting it mildly. Please review pictures. The first room had a refrigerator that didnā€™t work. I called front desk and he said he will get it swapped out. I called back an hour later, this time he came to room opened the frig tilting it and getting water all over the carpet. Laughed and said wear your shoes. He said heā€™d be back in 5 minutes. Never came back We decided to deal with it in the morning. We get woke up by housekeeping. I asked about the frig. He left and never came back. I go up front now dealing with a different employee. He would not answer any of my questions. I asked to speak to manager or supervisor. I asked about maintenance and when we would get a frig. I asked for one from another room? No response. I spent the whole morning with Corporate and Expedia. They were told it would be that evening. That was unacceptable, it is an amenity. I confronted the front desks answer ā€œthis eveningā€ that he told Expedia & Days Inn Corporate. He decided to give us another room. When we got in the smell was awful like cigarettes. The room is more run down than the first one! Tub wet with hair, toilet ran so we had to jiggle it. I sat on bed and there is a cig burn with ashes on bed topper. The blanket underneath. The toilet ran and then the handle fell off. We left that day.

The room needed to be vacuumed. The bathroom needed a good cleaning. The toilet leaked making the bathroom floor gross. The side walks outside the rooms had trash and debris. The beds are comfortable. But over all it was not a clean place to stay.

Ceilings falling down in bathroom and bedroom. Comode ran all night. Stains on blankets. Bugs in bathroom and main bedroom. Door not working . No breakfast variety. Cigarette butts everywhere. No A/C in Lobby & Breakfast Area with it being 85 degrees outside. Parking lot not adequately lit up for nite time .

This place is the filthiest hotel i have ever seen. Globs of matted hair were all over the bathroom floor, the beds had WET stains on them and had not been washed, and the carpet had clumps of nasty hair everywhere. I went to request a refund and find a new hotel, and the front desk was understanding. He said he refunded my account, but I have yet to see the credit. Stay far away!!!!

Room was not clean. Refrigerator was filthy, microwave filthy. Used shampoo was what was available. No cups for coffee etc. I was not expecting a lot for decor but old and dirty are two very different things. Sheets scratchy but again not expecting fine linens for the price. Cleanliness should be a given. Staff welcoming at 11:00 pm and very nice.

Horrible experience. First room they tried to give me wasnā€™t a cleaned room, beds were not made and there was clearly trash every where in the room. The second room wasnā€™t too much better but after driving 5 hours after a full day at work, I just wanted to take a shower and go to sleep. Will NEVER come here again.
