Checked in on Christmas Eve the room was horrible. You can smell the mold as soon as you walk in the room. It was built up in the ceiling of the bathroom. Walked in the bedroom crumbs and dead roaches all on the bed skirt sheets and pillowcases full of stands. Asked for another room that room was the same went to another room it was a little better then the first two but still bad. The shower was full of mildew barely no towels the toilet was dirty. Try to sleep but all you hear is door slamming people outside of the room running in the hallway and talking loud on the phone and this went on all night so definitely didn’t get any sleep I checked out Christmas morning. This hotel needs to be closed down this was the worse experience I ever had.

Front desk guy tried to charge me again after I already paid, we get to the room and the sheets are filthy. They are covered in stains and red liquids. The soaps were the smallest I’d ever seen. The drink cups were unwrapped and just sitting in the bathroom. I did not feel comfortable using them. All night there were kids running around, which appeared to belong to the staff.

The entire lobby smells like indian food. Air conditioner didnt work. Bed was springy, loose, and squeeky. Wouldnt provide extra bedding for the third guest we included on the reservation. They use the breakfast area as thier own personal kitchen and the lobby tv as their own personal living room. Argued with us over the air not working and didnt want to give us a different room. Whole tv screen was blue. Shower curtain did not even meet the rim of the bathtub. Not worth the price charged.

The room was dirty. The linoleum floors had something black that ruined my wife’s white socks. The white towels and wash rags had black in them. The whole building had a cigarette odor. We got two nasty towels and wash rags, no hand towels, no shampoo, one tiny bar of soap and the white shower floor was covered in a black stain. Nasty is the only way to describe this place.

The hotel was horrible upon arrival the hotel smelled like cigarettes! Hotel room was horrible had no bathroom mirrors tub was dirty as hellll! asked for a refund & was charged twice . they money hungry as hell will argue you down about your money.

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely HORRIBLE. Checking in took way too long. When we got inside of the room there was dirty underwear in the draws. The shower was dirty. The couch had a horrible smell to it. There was paper on the floor and the room smell like cigarettes. My husband and I are non-smoking. We did not stay overnight. We turned in our room key last night and drove back home. We were still charged for the night even thought we did not stay.

Awful Experience

I was greatly disappointed in this hotel this time. I stayed there again because of my previous experience. This one was the exact opposite. I checked in and put my things in the room because I had a meeting shortly upon arriving. I returned and unpacked. That's when I noticed the spots on the sheets and comforter. There were water/drink marks on both nightstands and the dresser where the tv was. I had already unpacked and didn't want to change rooms. So, I said I'd make the best of it. The toilet didn't flush correctly each time. I had to fiddle with the internal components to make it operate. I returned after shopping the second day and neither of my keys worked. I had to go to have them reactivated. I then noticed that housekeeping had taken the dirty towels but didn't replace them. The room wasn't serviced, trash wasn't emptied or bathroom cleaned. What was the purpose of coming into the room if it wasn't going to be serviced. I had to go downstairs to get fresh towels because none were left. Oh, and the towels were not only of poor quality, but they were stained. I recognize it's a 2.5 star hotel and I shouldn't expect The Ritz Carlton. However, this was ridiculous. When I stayed there in September, the experience was totally different. That's why I decided to stay there again. The price this trip was inflated. I attributed it to events occurring in the city, so I decided to go with it. However, this was a horrible experience at a hotel where I was satisfied last month!

Once I checked in I went up to the room and saw the toilet had tissue in it I flushed the toilet it wasn’t working correctly. As I was leaving to report it to the front desk they were at my door to bring my ID to me. I informed them, they tried with no success. They said the would be back. I fell asleep. The next morning I informed the person that was at the front desk and ask for an iron. I received the iron. I left for the day when I came back that night it still was in the same condition. I just left they will never get a dime from me again.

If catfishing was a hotel, this would be the one. Absolutely nothing like the pictures or description. Towels were stained and dirty as if they hadn't even been washed. (or just rinsed with water and nothing else). Shower was dirty from the people before us with hair, dirt, hand bands, and a razor lid and the water was nasty. Several cockroaches. Bedding was also just as dirty as the towels. Floor was filthy. After just a few steps, your feet or socks were BLACK. The air did not hardly work. We had it on 60 degrees, constant fan. The fan barely ran and it did not get below 74 in there the whole time. The rooms were not noise proof whatsoever. We heard everything from everywhere. The breakfast was very limited compared to what was advertised. The side emergency doors were propped open, and had what one could only assume were homeless, drug addicts hanging outside of them. I witnessed a female performing sexual acts on a man right outside the door. The parking lot was full of trash, more homeless people, and sketchy activity. The pet area was full of poop and no bags were in the "pet station". Upon checking in, there was a man sleeping in the lobby on the couch. The pool is in a very strange location and appeared to have construction going on so we did not even get close to it. It also appeared dirty and was very, very small compared to what is advertised. Overall, I am glad my dog, boyfriend and I are safe, and nothing happened to my vehicle. but I would NEVER stay here again.

Worst Hotel

Actually the nastiest place I have ever seen, we got there and immediately left after stepping in the room. Bed had black stains, stairway was so disgusting, hallway smelled terrible. Don’t stay here..
