Hallways smelt overwhelmingly odor of Marijuana, blankets/bed skirt had large visible areas of a substance on them, wall paint was peeling, shower was dirty, small black bugs flying around, and mini fridge was dirty. Probably the dirtiest place I have stayed and will not be returning.

Stayed here on a trip for Archery Nationals in Louisville. Walls had gouges out of them, bed skirts had stains on them and when you go to the front desk they asked if we could pull them out. Will definitely look at different places before Iād stay there again

So false advertising which was one of the reasons we picked this location

Myself and my grandson were in town for a sleepover and pick up of auction stuff the following day. I did phone ahead to make sure that I would be able to get a room focused to the lobby or at least closest to the elevators if I was up on the second third or fourth floor. I was greeted and received a room close to the lobby. Couple of complaints I have. Are the eggs that had too much water in them. I was not aware until I got there that I would be charged a hundred dollar security deposit. I'm okay with that. However, I believe that should have been provided prior to my arrival after driving two and a half hours.

Not bad, not great. Was a decent inexpensive place to spend the night. some mechanical issues with the heater in the room, wouldnt turn off. Overall pretty much as expected.

This hotel is clean. However, the pool was closed and we didn't find out until check in. Our tv has a line going through it. The bed pillows are the size of couch throw pillows. On another note, the mattress is soft and comfortable. The blankets are actually regular nice bedding too. I am unsure about breakfast because I am writing this review the evening of the stay.. one last thing, if you are a person who wants/needs plugs on both sides of the bed, you are out of luck here.

Not worth the cheap rate.
The staff was terrible at best. When I told them there was a roach in my room the joked and said āsorry about the extra pets in your roomā. When I called back later and spoke with the manger I was told āsorry sometimes guests leave āthingsā behindā. I showed pictures of the roach and even left it smashed to the door (Iām terrified of bugs and was alone) and when they checked the room they said āthey didnāt see anythingā. I will never stay at that hotel again and I recommend you donāt either. On top of the roach the furniture was trash day special. The office chair had so much leather cover missing it was grey instead of black. The tiny pillows combined with the hard as a rock bed lead to about 3 hrs of sleep. Then the cherry on top was the shower. The water pressure was terrible barley coming 2 inches off the faucet and the water never really got hot.

Toilet was overflowed, side door to outside next to my room unlocked to a creepy parking lot, very bad smell. Only stayed 3 hours because I was so creeped out and couldnāt use the bathroom. Skip this one.

Great experinece with decent price.
Staff was respectful and friendly. They took care of things well. Very clean rooms and overall good experience. We will stay again in the future when in the Louisville area.

When I arrived, the check in person would not change my reservation and said Expedia needed to do it. I contacted Expedia and they said they talked with Riken and that he would have the manager change the reservation. That did not happen and when I spoke the next night with Riken, he said he did not say that and that I need to call Expedia. So I took more time to chat with Expedia and they said they could not resolve it until after 8am. I told him I would be checked out by then and that didn't help. When I checked out, they said I still had to pay for 4 nights even though I only stayed 3. I got a call an hour later that I would be refunded for the 4th night. The next day when I checked my credit card, it showed they charged me for 4 nights when I checked in, then charged me another night on top of that, and then refunded that extra night claiming that was the 4th night, when it was for a mystery 5th night. The manager I spoke to on Sept 25 was very rude and talked over me when I was trying to explain the problem. I would not stay here again and advise anyone else in the Sellersburg area to stay somewhere where the staff and management care about the customer and not making bonus money. One of the worst managers I've ever dealt with. Normally managers are considerate of customers... but not at "Quality" Inn in Sellersburg Indiana.
