The hotel is very old. The mattress are dirty. The sink doesn't work. The breakfast was poor and the coffee machine didn't work. Overall, don't stay in this hotel!

My family has traveled a lot and stayed at a lot of hotels and apartments but this is thus far the most terrible accommodation that we’ve stayed at, luckily it was for only one night. The pictures of the hotel don’t look so bad and I really don’t mind if the place is outdated as long as it is clean. Once we arrived at the lobby the carpets and the walls were already showing sign of a hotel that is not kept up very well. When we walked into our room the carpet was even worse with lots of stains and the bed frames are upholstered with fabric that had more stains. I immediately requested another room that was somewhat better with less stains. I will not return to the hotel and would not recommend it to anyone

Katarina, Katka D and the head housekeeper are the only staff members who were willing to help you. Others, especially Veronica at reception, the blonde woman on the bar and the “security guard” were absolutely appallingly rude. We had no power for an entire night and after basically begging for a different room for just that night were given a ground floor room with disabled amenities - couldn’t even open the window and it was about 28o. Breakfast absolutely disgusting and all food was either cold including that which had just been bought out of the kitchen, stale or inedible - the slab of eggs were actually black/green in the middle!!! I could go on but don’t have enough room. Can not believe Expedia is associated with such a shoddy hotel and an disgusted that it rips people off by placing them in this hotel. Will never use Expedia again!

Hotel OK, clean, and good service. No AC, so not comfortable when out temp is 36C. no airport shuttle or wi-fi in room, contrary to what advertised. You need to get taxi to get to airport, front desk is happy to do this, but the price is double overpriced, so you better do it yourself. It is not easy - the room phone don't work (always busy signal) - come to front desk to and ask to call the number, they do it- reason for I put a poor score.

Part of the reason I booked a room here is because I was the last of my group to leave the country, and their site advertised an "airport shuttle". When I arrived I was told they didn't have one but the could arrange a "flat rate" transport to the airport for 500 Koruna, which is about USD$25. To go THREE MILES! Rooms were super basic, no AC, so I just sort of sat there and sweated for a day waiting for my flight. They did accommodate me early, which was cool, and there are some hiking trails and restaurants near by, so not a total loss, but I HATE when places advertise falsely. Oh yeah, and it was the only place in Europe that we stayed over nearly a month that made you pay for wifi access. It was fairly cheap and close to the airport, so I can't complain.

Didn't like not having WiFi in our room. No fan or aircon so at 6am it was a roasting chamber. Sink was cracked. Bearley no water to shower with.

Very bad service. We ordered wake up call.They never did it. We ordered breakfast package in the evening - they never gave us anything in the morning,when we left to airport,as promissed in the evening.they are writing on their site: "24-hour shutlle service avalible".But they just call to taxi,no any shuttle.

Nice family style breakfast, basic economy hotel, very very clean, 5 minute walk to the tram, not much around, but for a econimicalm hotel, was great. No AC

It was convenient as far as public transportation. The permitted early check-in, so we could leave our stuff and go sight seeing. The website clearly states that check-out is noon, but they called at 11:00 insisting that we check out. When we showed them the checkout time on the website 15 minutes later (checking out), their response was "O". No apology, no offer to solve the problem. We basically got kicked out of our room, and were glared at by the cleaning crew, who arrived as we closed the door to the room. This was very unpleasant.
