During the first three nights, we experienced a significant issue with noise disturbances. Loud banging sounds began around 10:00 PM and continued until approximately 8:00–9:00 AM, including a particularly disturbing incident at 3:16 AM, when the noise involved forceful pounding directly on the walls. These incidents created an atmosphere of fear and distress, and we endured what felt like three nights of a nightmare. There were also unfamiliar individuals in the vicinity contributing to the disruption, and despite our repeated notifications, the situation was not effectively resolved in a timely manner. We had extensive communication with the hotel team during this period, including dozens of emails, which we still have on record. While the staff remained polite, a more proactive and decisive intervention would have been expected given the circumstances.
From the third night onward, the hotel kindly arranged a room change. We are pleased to say that the remaining six nights of our stay were comfortable and met our expectations. Once relocated, we were able to fully enjoy the hotel’s facilities and the overall atmosphere.
In summary, while the initial part of our stay fell short due to noise management issues, we appreciate the eventual resolution and the comfort we experienced afterward. We hope the hotel will take stronger measures in handling such disturbances more promptly in the future, as it would significantly enhance the guest experience.
