I had an exceptional experience at Extended Stay America ONLY for certain staff members and I’m giving thanks to the incredible leadership and staff members, General Manager Luz exemplifies what the company stands for—patience, understanding, and genuine care. Her leniency and willingness to listen made my stay truly comfortable and stress-free. She goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel valued and respected, which is a true reflection of her dedication and professionalism.
Sierra is also a standout employee—dynamic, friendly, and attentive to every detail. Her positive attitude and proactive service made a lasting impression.
Ms. K is absolutely amazing—her warmth, efficiency, and personalized care set the bar high. It’s rare to encounter such a committed team that truly cares about their guests.
However, I regret to express my dissatisfaction with my experience at Extended Stay America due to Assistant General Manager Jessica. Her demeanor was unprofessional and dismissive, which I found disrespectful. Her personality is dry and unfriendly actions, falling short of guest service standards. She would benefit from guest relation training to improve her interpersonal skills and create a welcoming environment.
