The whole thing was a fiasco to say the least I booked on line as we were attending an event and I prepaid online. When we got there around midnight after our event the staff was absolutely horrible and worked harder to try not to have us stay there than it would have been to simply check us in. Online it did not say anything about needing a credit card to reserve the hundred dollar deposit. It did say something about the cleaning deposit but since I didn’t have quite enough money left on my card following the event to cover the damaged deposit and she refused to take cash. When I asked where there was a nearest ATM to deposit two or a gas station that was open she simply said she had no idea what I was going to do because Walmart was closed now. I had to drive around for at least a half an hour as I don’t know the area to find a gas station that was open and loaded money on a card. When we got there, she first gave us the key to a wrong room that was locked and we tried barging out someone else then on top of that We had booked a kitchen suite so that we would have utensils and things that said online they were included in the stay because we had brought some snacks. I called down to ask where the utensils were at and she said that was going to be another $25-$30 when I mentioned the fact that online it said these things were included with the room. She simply said they were no longer under the same company as they were listed under and that stuff was no longer valid.
