I'm still waiting for the hotel's response.
Last Friday, when I was packing my bag to get back home, I noticed that one of the wine bottles I had bought was no longer in the shopping bag, which I had left near the sink in my room. This happened after the room cleaning service.
It wouldn't be right for me to affirm that I was stolen from, so I spoke to the lobby attendant to report this situation and look for ways to investigate it. But the fact is that the purchased wine was indeed no longer in my room.
I would like to know what the hotel's procedure is for cases like these. Still waiting for response.
