I am currently staying at your hotel and am writing to formally report an extremely frustrating situation that occurred during my stay.
At check-in, I properly registered my vehicle at the front desk, providing all requested information such as make, model, and color, and I signed the confirmation sheet. I was then issued a parking pass by the hotel, in accordance with your parking policy.
On one particular night, due to an oversight, I forgot to place the parking pass on the vehicle’s windshield. I fully acknowledge this mistake and take responsibility for it. However, what caused significant disappointment was the fact that my vehicle was towed without any prior verification by the front desk, despite being clearly registered as a guest vehicle in your system.
It is important to note that Orlando is a city that receives a very high number of tourists every year, many of whom rely on rental or personal vehicles during their stay. For this reason, I believe extra care and verification procedures should be in place to avoid unnecessary inconvenience to hotel guests.
