For work-related reasons, I have had to stay at this hotel roughly 10 times, usually in different rooms. Although they remodeled it to look attractive in photographs, the building is in disrepair. Over the last few months we have experienced all kinds of drama: evacuated the building due to burst pipes and flooding, multiple days with no hot water, and the ever-present sewer gas (which affects the sink and shower drains in every room, apparently), broken plumbing fixtures that fall off when you touch them, doors that don't lock. The staff at this franchise (I don't think Hyatt runs this location) don't seem to know what to do with all of these calamities. I would avoid this hotel if you can. There are similar problems at the Hyatt down the street, but I haven't stayed there as often.
Also, especially avoid weekend stays unless you are involved with youth sports. The teenagers run wild in the hallways throughout the night, and there's nothing you can do about it.
