Hotels on the older side but don’t let that take away from it being nice. The room was still very clean and comfortable. Front desk lady was really nice

The entire motel was closed. Mattresses were in the parking lot. A large X was taped across the office window with a note that warned against trying to enter because it was structurally unsound.

The hotel manager was super friendly. The hotel is older and showing decay. The beds however were super comfortable. I was charged twice, once from the hotel and once from Expedia which I had to start a claim on.

Great for just a cheap (less than $45) overnight stay. Bathroom needed renovated, but everything worked. The room and bed were decent even the fridge. Wifi was spotty/slow, so didn't bother with it.

I did not stay. The room was on the second floor and smelled like smoke. I stay in Wytheville all the time. I wanted to check out the hotel. For me i will not return to this hotel.

They didnt answer the phone or the door to check in. I had to find another place for my family to stay.

We got there at 730 pm. The room wasn't ready. Bed not made, they had to borrow a microwave from a different room, there was no sop or shower curtain. They had to bring an extension cord to run the borrowed microwave . What a disgusting place this actually was.

This place is a dump. Rooms nasty, carpet and wall old. Damage in the bathbroom and sink . Has fridge no microwave, people live here month to month so you have traffic outside your door. This is Travle Lodge quality they just gave it a hipster name. Stay away

Staff was called with a click of a bell on the front desk. They were in back room watching TV. Couldn't really help with any questions about the TV in the room but a very friendly guy. Did get me a ice bucket for my use. Bathroom shower was caulked and repaired, possibly mutliple times. The wall was a mess but it was functional. The room is what you would expect at that price point, so no surprises there. My room was the only one with the room number written on a piece of paper and hung on the door. Not a confidence builder. Again for one night at that price, I had low expectations. The room itself was fine.

My first room smelled. The second room had two beds rhat were slabted at dofferent angles and the refrigerator hummed audibly. The third room ibstayed in because i was too tired to change again after i went out to get dinner and couldnt open the door with my key. I had to ask the generous receptionist to let me in and he explained that you had to lift up on the door handle and out or it wouldnt work. I didnt leave again until i checked out the next morning. No box of tissues, no shampoo, soap didnt lather as i ssuspect it was lava soap. People living there looked questionable. Would not stay again

Awful!

This hotel was awful. I didn’t want to stay but it was so late we had to. It was dirty. Was supposed to be a non smoking room but it smelled of smoke. There was blood on the walls. Ant traps everywhere. Dirty towels and sheets. This is a pay by the week hotel in a bad part of town. Do not book this hotel!
