Overall, I would recommend this place for the price, but I did not have the best experience that I could/should.
My biggest issue was the door. I was locked out for 3 hours my first day. The host was not very responsive - though apologetic - did nothing to accommodate me. It was further frustrating because there was a physical key that the host could have given me access to as soon as I told them that I was have issues with the security lock. Hotels.com contacted the host for me and could not reach them. While the host gives lots of lists of rules to follow while staying, they did not seem to hold themselves to same standard when the lock was not working. And honestly, it was likely just a low battery. That made it worse. They did not offer a partial refund for my inconvenience.
Also, it is not in the most convenient location. So if you are traveling with a lot of luggage or have mobility issues, I would not recommend it. Otherwise it was clean, well-maintained (outside of the door lock), good space for the price paid and good amenities.
