This was an average Springfield suites from a hotel room perspective as well as customer service level. When I 1st showed up and tried to check in the front desk was short with me stating that rooms are not ready and I could come back in 30 minutes.
When we did come back later to check in the room key machine to create our key was down. With this the front desk had to let us in every time to our room (as well as the gym). The key card creator would not be fixed the entire stay we were there. I was also not able to create a key or issue on in the Bonvoy app.
Due to this, after a long day of tournaments we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come down and let us into our room since sunday night the key machine was STILL down.
I travel to Columbus several times a year, this location will not be utilized again.
