Disgusting

My Booking was canceled a few hours short of my check-in time on the day of travel and an alternative hotel was appointed a few miles away that had no parking and that was why I choose this hotel. local parking at long stay maximum was 24 hours so that ruined my stay to celebrate the king's coronation. the alternative hotel cost 50% less than I paid and was not refunded the difference. plans ruined checked out a day early. disgusting

2/10 - Insatisfatório

Worst hotel ever !!! Place is ugly and nothing like the pictures… I paid to get Wi-fi and breakfast but on check in they said I didn’t which was a lie… instead to fix the problem they told me to try a refund with Expedia !!! Don’t go to this place u gonna regret, a lot of people there complaining, keys that don’t work, place smell bad and situated in a bad neighborhood!!!

Basic but more than adequate

Accessible only by lift but that is no problem. Free parking which is a bonus. Staff were VERY helpful and friendly. Room was clean but basic which was all that was needed. Aldi store fairly near and coffee/ tea provided in the room. Situated In Penge, 10 minutes walk from Anerley station so convenient for getting into the city (30 minute overground ride) Not really near to Crystal Palace except by bus or car. Perfectly adequate

poor reception, ordered a fake taxi

we arrived at the hotel but struggled to find the entrance. there is an entrance on main road but it was for disabled at didn't give direction about main entrance. There was no staff at reception desk when we arrived and we have to wait and shout for somebody. the name of the hotel was confusing as we booked at TI London crystal palace but the hotel at this address was the Travellodge London Crystal palace. We booked for 2 adults and 3 kids but the lady at reception said the booking is for 2 adults only and she had to make several calls and then came to us after about 15 min to say you can stay in the room (we made booking for 2 adults and 3 kids). in the day of check out we asked a member of staff to order a taxi for us and he kindly did. however, there was no Taxi sign on the car, there was no meter for the money and the driver charged very high rate (we paid 16 pound for 3 mile distance)

GOOD FOR COUPLE

We found 1 bath towel & there was no pillow case for that extra pillow . The receptionist was very friend. But how come u sent me the confirmation no number,if u didnt take money from my account, l was disappointed when l was told to pay at the Hotel

One of the best travelodges.

Good for Travelodge. Clean modern and well maintained. Entrance needs better signage and mattress bit tired all else grand.
