We did not get a room. When we arrived, the front desk person was not there. We waited at least 20 to 30 minutes all of the doors to the hotel we’re open we called the days in 100 number they called the front desk to try to get the girl to come to the front desk to no avail. When we did finally get Skyler to come to the front desk, she said that she had canceled our reservation because we reserved it too close to midnight and that there were no rooms available and there was nothing we could do. The phone number said that they had to confirm that this situation was true, but the phones were not working. I would like a refund and compensation because I had to drive four more hours in the middle of the night to my destination
