Excelente quarto (guest house) em Dubrovnic, dentro da cidade amuralhada. Atenção, não é um hotel!! É um quarto, excelente, sem café da manhã, sem recepção e sem serviço de quarto, dentro da cidade amuralhada. O quarto é amplo, bastante limpo, com ótimas roupas de cama e boas roupas de banho (poderiam ser mais macias). A cama é excelente, o banheiro bom e o ar condicionado ótimo. Internet e TV smart, acima da média. Localização maravilhosa para quem quer uma experiência de vivenciar a cidade amuralhda... para quem tem dificuldades de locomoção ou famílias com crianças, não é recomendável, pois tem muitas escadas para acessar. Atendimento ótimo. Como pontos a melhorar, o preço, pois é muito caro, e o black-out nas janelas do quarto... o quarto é muito claro a noite.

Vivaldi was an excellent place to stay. Beautiful location and Luka was exceptional. He guided us directly to our accommodation by sending us a video. We were staying in the old town and within short distances from restaurants. Highly recommend it.

The room was quiet and in a great location. Wasn’t the most comfortable bed in my opinion and we had an issue with the sink leaking but it was addressed. A decent place to stay for a few nights!

This place was fantastic! Easy to find, walking distance to everything you need (as long as you don’t mind steps) pristinely clean and so comfortable. We loved it, so perfect for what we needed. Luka is also fantastic, he helps with checking in and any questions you may have on how to get there, great communication. Highly recommend, would definitely return!

This is a good place to stay in Dubrovnik. It is in Old Town, but not a high traffic thoroughfare (probably because of all the steps). If you can't handle the steps, then this is probably not for you. Otherwise, would recommend this place. Attractive "street" and attractive room. Stay in S2 or S3 (not S1 as that is more at grade / partially below grade level). Does not provide conditioner or body lotion (so bring your own). Does not have daily housekeeping (as this is called an "apartment"), although there is no microwave /cooking. Exhaust fan in bathroom is not effective.

Very well located and beautifully furnished apartment with large bathroom and shower. Not ideal for those with mobility problems as hundreds of steps up from main street (like many other such properties) but otherwise highly recommended.

This was a beautiful property in a great location. My only concern was not receiving fresh towels when we followed the instructions and the trash was not emptied each day. Other wise, Iut was great!

Luka, our host, was phenomenal. Not only was I able to get an early check in, but he was also excellent with recommendations and where my friend could park her car for free. Beyond this, the room was wonderful, great location while also being quiet enough away from everything. I would 100% stay here again in the future. Not to be that person, but I travel a lot and this is one of my favorite experiences so don’t pass this up!

This is the perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik! Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, super comfy bed, in a perfect location inside the Walls. There are some stairs, but not too bad for Dubrovnik. The owner, Luka, was super responsive and helpful; he even let me store my luggage since my flight left later in the day I checked out. Book Vivaldi now!!!

Fantastic position and wonderful help from Luka...he always answered quickly and was incredibly helpful. I'm quite sensitive in terms if allegies and this place was clean! The bed was too firm for our taste, but otherwise this place ticked ALL the boxes. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The aprtment is inside the city's walls and is therefore a very attractive traditional stone built building. The interior is exceptionally well done with a lovely room and bathroom. The bathroom is very modern with everything you need - toiletries, towels, bathrobes, slippers, hair straighteners, sewing kit....everything has been thought of. There was a kettle with a variety of teas, a coffee pod machine with a plentiful number of coffee pods and a fridge for your own beer, wine, milk etc. There were also two comfortable armchairs and a TV and a large double bed. We were there in October so didn't the air conditioning, but there was a unit on the wall if you visit in the summer. The apartment building is located close to the city's walls, near to Buza Gate, so very convenient when being dropped off by the Platanus Bus service from the airport and the cable car station for returning back to the airport. Also, its location is ideal for getting around. You are away from the majority of people wandering around - they don't tend to come up the hill to the north side so it is not frequently by casual sightseers too much - unlike the southern streets, between the Stradun and the sea, but you are literally 2 or 3 minutes away from the Stradun. Overall I would thoroughly recommend Vivaldi.

The place was perfect for a short stay, bed was very comfortable, plenty of towels including beach towels. Tea and coffee also available, plus a large bathroom. Perfect for what we needed. Luka the host also allowed us to check in a early which was so helpful. I would thoroughly recommend Vivaldi

We loved our stay at Vivaldi in Old town Dubrovnik. Luka was very communicative about check-in, sending a video of the actual path to walk from the Buža gate to the hotel, which was incredibly helpful! (I wish our host in Split had done the same!!). Our room, the first one through the front door, was lovely and well-appointed, with thoughtful touches throughout. We especially appreciated the thick beach towels, which were invaluable for our day on the water. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Vivaldi on my next trip to Dubrovnik, which I’m already plotting because I absolutely fell in love with this enchanting town! A word of caution, though, which I’m sure is echoed in most reviews: make sure you’re in good shape before you arrive! It’s about 120 decently steep steps from Stradún, the port, and the main two gates to the hotel. Indeed, ALL of Dubrovnik involves lots of steps, but you will be richly rewarded by the quiet comfort of this lovely inn.
