The room was very clean and the breakfast was good...but...they have set the faucet regulators on the showers so that there is very little hot water able to come out. The water was barely lukewarm and barely tolerable. In fact, it was too cold for my 76 year old mother to even try to take a shower. When I called the front desk, there was nothing that they could do that night. When I called again in the morning, they were able to send someone up to try to adjust it. It took him about 20 minutes to disassemble to faucet and only then, was there water that was hot enough to use. (And yes, we did let the water run for at least 10 minutes and the temperature never got better!)
So...if you plan to stay here, and you should, it was a very nice visit, and you don't have hot water in your shower....call down to the front desk as soon as you get there so they can make the adjustment right away.
