The room, although not what we booked, was great. However, our experience was not the best. We got there an hour before check-in, but were told that the keys could only be handed over at 3 p.m., which we understood. We found a café round the corner to wait, but then got a call 20 minutes before we were to get the keys, only to be told that our apartment was unavailable due to ‘technical difficulties’ which they didn’t elaborate on. They stated that they had another apartment for us, which they sent pictures over on WhatsApp for us to see. It unfortunately didn’t have an oven, which is what we wanted the most! The apartment we were given was great, just not what we booked! My partner had asked for a late check-out, to which they gave us 12 p.m. instead of 11 a.m. However, at 11:50, while my partner was in the shower, the cleaner let herself in. They obviously hadn’t communicated our late checkout, and so we had to finish getting ourselves ready in the communal hallway. So, overall, not the best experience with this company.
