The room was very nice except for the tv remote/system. it was incredibly frustrating to navigate because the buttons on the remote for "Home" and "Channel down" were way to close together so when try to scroll through the channels or the guide I kept getting sent back to home screen. When I finally got it to "Live Television" many of the channels were unavailable. There were options to use apps such as Netflix, Prime, Sirius, ect. but would require me to enter my subscription information to so or pay a fee that was just about what a moth's subscription would cost The hotel was booked with families in town for a youth hockey tournament and the kids, (less than 12 years old) were hijacking the elevators (pressing all the buttons) and running up and down the halls screaming, yelling and knocking on doors while their parents were packed into the dining area drinking beer. The hotel staff should have told them to control their children. I don't mind the party, but mind-your children. Guests should not have to complain to get the staff to control the situation. The breakfast was so-so with some kind of mystery meat (Maybe Kielbasa?) The best parts of our stay were that they were very welcoming to our dog, and the rooms were very nice and clean.
