My experience at this Country Inn & Suites was unfortunately very mediocre. When I arrived, the front desk clerk completely ignored me even after finishing her phone call — I had to walk up and say, “Hey, I’m here to check in.”
The $100 incidental deposit felt excessive, especially since I was only staying one night. It felt like I was paying for the room twice.
The atmosphere wasn’t great either — there were several strange people hanging around the front entrance, which made me uncomfortable.
Finally, at checkout, the front desk staff barely acknowledged me and spent more time on her cell phone than interacting with me.
Overall, this stay did not meet my expectations, and I will not be returning to this location.
