Customer service great. Room was mediocre.
The customer service we received from the front desk was the main highlight of the visit. They were accommodating and happily assisted our stay.
The state of the room had some flaws. The most apparent one was the smell as you entered the room. It was not a clean smell, but rather old.
It was either the air conditioner or the refrigerator that rumble at various times. Four of the two lamps were not working in the room. The water faucets were loud and squeaky to turn on. The toilet was loud when flushing. I believe the odd smell in the room was coming from the carpet as it had stains throughout it.
The food that we ordered for breakfast was very good and plentiful. However, we placed our order on the door before 12AM for a 730 delivery. We called at 8:15 as we had not received our food yet. We were transferred to the restaurant where it rang and picked up but then disconnected. We found out that our order had not been placed but they were very quick in getting an order to us.
The room did not have any writing utensils or notepad as most hotels have. We had to call down to the front desk to have someone bring us up a pen in order to place our breakfast order.
The restaurant on the 18th floor seemed appealing. I wish we had planned better and made time to visit it for dinner.
