We stayed here over the holiday weekend while attending a concert in downtown Baltimore, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing.
When we returned from the concert, the parking lot was completely overcrowded. Due to piles of snow and construction vehicles around the property, parking was extremely limited. We had to circle the hotel multiple times just to find a spot, which was frustrating after a long night.
We decided to extend our stay, but the hotel would not process the extension directly and told us we had to go back through Hotels.com ourselves. That felt inconvenient and unnecessary.
Check-in was very disorganized. Saturday morning there was a line outside the door, and there was clear confusion at the front desk. One guest was told his reservation had been canceled for “not showing up,” even though he had proof it was for Saturday night. When I checked in, the employee assisting me couldn’t log in due to a password issue. The assistant manager came out but had a very poor attitude toward staff and guests. The customer service that afternoon was unprofessional.
Lastly, the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows offered little support.
Overall, this stay was frustrating and far below expectations.
