My bed linens were stained with some kind of dirt, the shower was filthy with dirt, the pool was marked closed, however they allowed us to swim, but the pool area had boxes of carpeting stacked up, all of the tables and chairs were put away, and the pool was very cold. There was nothing online about the property being in the process of renovation and it just looked very ill kept. I have yet to try their breakfast, but they are very understaffed (so it seems), and on the front desk there was a sign that said the person working the front desk was making breakfast, and manning the desk, so I don't have very high hopes. The online page said non refundable, but I feel if they're going to be so lax with their quality of care for the rooms and common areas, they should at the very least inform their customers that the property is under construction, and allow the opportunity to be refunded so that people can choose not to stay in the middle of a dirty construction site.
