The employee on check in said that he needed my credit card on file and charge a $150 deposit that will be refunded after we leave when the room is checked because we booked on hotels.com So I gave him my credit card and he charged it (was only supposed to be a pending charge)
Well, the payment went through and when my husband called they said it was because we had a PET! We did NOT have a pet with us! We were only there for a concert and only was in the room for 3 hours after the concert to take showers and rest before heading back home. My husband called corporate and they said that they have to look at the camera footage and check to see if we had a pet or not. The room was dirty, especially the bathtub had mold and stains on it. Horrible experience and will NEVER use Best Western again!
