Upon arrival, I was told the double queen room I requested was not available, despite the fact that I booked the room several months in advance and had paid in full prior to our conference. They gave me a song & a dance about booking through a third party & having a large conference (which we were there for too) in town. We ended up in a room with a King bed and a pull out couch (which they said was an upgrade). It did not seem to matter to them that two of the three of us would have to share a bed, and the third would be on a sofa bed, which was not the most comfortable thing in the world. Breakfast was okay, but the area the buffet was in was far too small.,The pancake maker was out of order 3 of our 4 mornings there. We stsyed four nights and our room was never serviced once… no fresh towels no garbage emptied no beds made or anything’s.
