O quarto tem móveis antigo e mal cuidado, o chão sujo, o banheiro é nojento, pia com manchas, mal cheiro que saía do ralo da pia, banheira velha, chão sujo, com baratas. Toalhas rosto nao teme tapete de chao do banheiro também não.

Cockroaches in room n hotel sheets not clean n no blankets on bed parking was good Couldn’t get tv to work its ok we went to Disneyland n came home too late but service could have been better for 300 hundred dollars

Lots of ROACHES ..Shower was filthy..microwave filthy..housekeeping not available daily...staff wasn't very helpful.....and some were RUDE....air conditioning worked well

I had arrived almost at midnight and got my room immediately upon arriving. The room was clean and water was nice and hot for a shower. Overall great for a quick one day stay or if you're visiting for awhile you'll need a car obviously. Nothing is walking distance except for a gas station. Parking was plentiful as well

Bed was hard as a rock! Dirty towel was left hanging on bathroom door. They ask for a CASH ONLY deposit when checking in and you can only receive it back when you return the keycard.

Had to request another room because the one I originally had wasnt cleaned before I arrived. The microwave was too dirty to use.

The only issues I had where because they are under new management I'm assuming as the name recently was changed, was that first I had a microwave with a real bad rest problem then they gave me a microwave that threw Sparks every now and again but it still worked fine and it was clean on the inside so I kept it the only other issue the AC unit if you leave it running and alternate between fan and AC for cool it leaks inside the room not outside as the AC unit should do at a hotel and they need to spray for roaches they have an infestation. These where my only issues other than that my stay was awesome the staff was helpful they apologize frequently for the issues that were had and I'm sure that they'll be working on them soon.

They require a cash deposit, even though the room was paid for in full ahead of time. The room was SO gross- stains on the vanity, sink, and tub. I showered with my flip flops on because it was so gross. The back of the door you could tell had had graffiti on it, but was painted over- but you could still see what was written. I didn't see any bugs, so I guess there is that.

This is a total s**thouse. Staff super rude, no washcloths or hand towels. Fixtures were loose. The pool was filthy l would not want to go in. This place is a hooker heaven room by the hour looking garbage pit. Nobody should stay here. Floors sticky bed spread has holes. The ad shows a jacuzzi but it has been covered up and for non-use for 10+ years according to rude staff. No plug for the bathtub totally unusable. Staff said they use it for an extra bed for sleeping. The a/c unit has all the buttons broken barely works. Again this a an awful place and you can get a better place for less stay away.

There was no hot tub available, it’s blocked off. There was no tv remote in the room so we asked the staff and once we got it it didn’t work with the TV but we figured out how to use it with a button on the bottom to f the tv. The room had a weird smell to it as well.

This is the worst hotel I’ve been to!!! The beds had questionable stains on both sheets and pillows. Place smelled like mold. Gave me a headache. Definitely does not look like pictures. Pool and hot tube was out of order. Was there 15 min and left with no refund.

The hot tub was closed which was the main reason I picked this hotel. Also, the TV did not work, However, there was a mini fridge, AC, and a microwave which I appreciated. The required cash deposit felt unnecessary. Overall, it was clean and spacious. Expected quality for the price.
