It was disgusting. The mattress was filthy, had stains lots like blood, and fecal matter. Peeling paint above bed that you are supposed lay under and breathe in while you sleep. Dishwasher had a note inside that said it was out of order. Chirping microwave unless completely unplugged.
The lobby stank. The corridor carpets were dirty. The oven was dirty. They had the nerve to have a posted sign about their 10 point room safety/cleanliness inspection completed on the room.
I wrote a full review about this o. Yelp 24 hours ago. I was embarrased and upset about the hotel. Extended Stay America in Middleburg Heights Ohio, harns the Extended Stay America brand name. I paid for 3 days, exhausted from grief and the funeral of our beloved grandmother. The children even recognized how poor the accommodations were.
Absolutely not as advertised. Not like the pictures where they make it appear clean, not health hazzard. Even when I reported the disgust and had the hotel staff come view the room, We were switched to the only other family room they claimed to have available. That room had broken microwave, smelled, and a dirty old stove. You could see rust around the cook top, and the oven was dirty.
I want all of my money back. My " Public Service Announcement is that you do not Extend your Stay at the Extended Stay America. I posted pictures on Yelp that substantiate our deplorable experience. It was a nightmare. In humane environment, not fit for an animsl, much less a human
