This is not a family friendly space. Lots of bad element floating around the hotel. Lots of noise all hours of the night. Almost saw a fight between a hotel patron and a homeless guy while we were packing the car. Skip this hotel.

When I checked in and went to the room the room was not ready yet they were still trying to clean it and that was after 3:00.. when I tried to park in the handicap parking place they were cleaning air conditioners and had the handicap parking places blocked where you could not use them.. not a very good property the property is not that well cleaned the room look nice but the property itself was not very clean on the outside the maid was really nice she tried her best to get the room ready she cannot speak English but communicated back and forth on the phone she said they do this quite a bit they check people in in the rooms aren't ready looks to me like she needs help..

We have stayed here for every trip to Asheville for 20 years. We will NEVER go back. Upon arrival found dirty dishes (heavy glass plates not take out) in the room. The noise from above was unbreakable. We got no sleep. People with shopping carts of belongings hanging out in the breezeway and parking lot. Several "shady" individual wandering the property all night. We reserved 2 nights "reserve now pay at property" paid cash at check-in only to find later card had been charged. Checked out first thing after night 1. So sad

Toilet didnāt work mor fridge in first room. Second room lights were not functioning over the beds, phone nor safe worked.

Sleep in your car over this place.
It was easily the dirtiest motel room Iāve ever experienced. It also was most definitely not a non-smoking room. We had to get clean sheets and place them over the entire bed and sleep on top of the covers. The only thing going for this room was that there were no signs of bed bugs. If it wasnāt midnight and if there was availability anywhere else, we wouldnāt have stayed.

You can tell its pet friendly. The elevator floor is at the point of collapse and smells terrible

I have stayed here a couple of times with pretty low expectations cause itās a cheap spot, pet-friendly spot. It has always had some issues but was especially awful recently. Mystery stains on the comforter, sheets, walls, and floor, mold on the shower curtain, burn marks and deep stains on the pillows. There should be a bare minimum of standards, even for a motel. There were clearly none here.
The staff was friendly though, so thereās that.

Thing was wonderful untili went to check back in the following day.Just to be told that I have to pay a security deposit a fifty dollars... We have stayed at that hotel For almost a month and so yeah I'm mad that I now have to pay $50 each time i check back in...
