There were stains on the bedding. The kitchen had basically no dishes or utensils. I arrived just 15 minutes early for check-in and was made to wait until 3:00pm exactly before the list of available rooms was released to the front desk staff. There were 2 other guests that came after me and they also had to wait. Not a great workflow process at front desk.

Filthy Tenament. Shocked they pass any inspection. Hotels.com should not book this level of accommodation without warning how bad.

Horrible stay, terrible people in the office
The a/c didnāt work, the toilet didnāt work, the tv didnāt work. There wasnāt even a trash can in the room.

You get what you pay for
When I arrived the room was dirty I requested a room and it does pan and the mop so I could clean it. There were dead bugs on the floor and it was extremely Dusty. After my long drive I was not able to take a shower because I was waiting for hotel staff to bring me a broom and dustpan as well as mop. After returning to the office three times to request these items and then ask for towels I got on my hands knees and cleaned the floor. The staff did not care whether or not I arrived to a clean room and were unwilling to expedite any services. The front desk staff was rude and abrasive. And didn't seem to care to offer any great customer service. Despite the affordability of the room it would be nice to be greeted by a staff who care.
Paint was chipped on the wall and walls were very dirty. I guess you get what you pay for.

Worst experience ever.
Worst experience, place was so dirty. Please do not stay here. Looks like they rent a lot to homeless people. You can hear people fighting outside the rooms. We had trouble opening the door every single time and had to change keys. Worst of the worst. You can find better hotels for the same amount of money.

Wouldnāt recommend staying here. We werenāt expecting much, and it was still far below expectations. First room I was given reeked of smoke, the dresser was broken. While they did switch rooms and it was at least clean, our keys rarely worked (had to get new ones twice) and one morning after leaving at 6am for coffee and then returning at 6:30 to find my keys didnāt work, I was locked out of my room until someone showed up to work at 7:30am. Good thing it was in the morning, as it is definitely not a place Iād want to be stranded at night.

First room had no shower curtain so they switched me to another room. That one had a flickering light, faucet that barely worked, fridge that froze anything you put in it, and a lock where my key card took 7 attempts to get it to unlock. Laundry room says it is accessible by guest key but really must be opened by the hotel clerk who was always in the back and hard to find. Machine only takes quarters. No change machine and hotel refuses to make change. So I had to go to a laundromat elsewhere. Easily one of the worst hotels Iāve ever stayed at. I donāt expect anything special at that price but this was much worse than even cheaper hotels Iāve been to.

Luis was great, he was very professional and super friendly. He brought me clean towels and was so helpful to me during a difficult time. His kindness & customer service made my stay a much better experience. Thank you Luis!

Donāt stay at home towne studio in Denver
Terrible. This place does not function effectively. We had a reservation for Friday night and got a confirmation but when we got there they said we did not have a reservation. The next day we had a long standing reservation and we expected trouble and got it. I had a confrontation over the billing/ payment of the room and the attendant canceled our reservation while we were on the phone with hotels.com. Never again.
