Although there were a few hic-cups about the check-in and the room, Gabe, the housekeeping mgr, fixed and/or tended to my request and needs. I was not given a parking pass for my car until the next day, alrhough it was discussed at check-in. Upon entering the room 607, the sitting chair was hideous with what appeared to be white splashed on spots and a streak of red in the center of the chair..ugh! But Gabe replaced the chair and had a convo with his staff. Then later after discovering there was no microwave in the room, Gabe had one sent up. The rest of the stay, 2 nights was smooth sailing!
