The property is under construction but was ok. Everything was fine with this hotel until I went to shower at 2:30 am for our early flight. The water came on strong then within 2 minutes it went down to a trickle. Needless to say, I had a head full of shampoo and now freezing cold. Barely got hair rinsed and washed quickly. Had to finish rinsing hair in the sink. My husband got in after me and the same thing happened to him. I called when I got home. Hampton guy I talked to was rude and said, you didnāt give us a chance to fix the problem and wouldnāt do anything. I said, fix it at 2:45 when I had a plane to catch. He said , yes. I told him I would call Hampton Inn customer service. He said, Go ahead. So I did, however since I booked through Expedia I had to contact them.
I contacted Expedia and after a day, I got an email stating the hotel wonāt do anything because o didnāt give them a chance to fix it. Expedia offered $25 on a future stay as a goodwill gesture. No thanks!!!! Iāll book direct next time.
