This is a somewhat tired, but clean and pleasant, facility whose staff go the extra mile to accommodate.
The kitchen 'things' are a la carte. You tell the staff if you want dishes etc...all carefully explained on a card. We wanted something to heat water for tea that didn't reek of coffee and they complied. We asked for a toaster...and it was immediately available. We needed a second chair, which was not quickly available, and a staff member brought a folding chair from his own home...so we ended up with 3 chairs and the couch...perfect for our needs.
Some things needed improvement...a document could not be printed until the next day, for example. The room seemed pricey...but it was Scottsdale in March, during spring training. Location and supply and demand.
And for us, for personal reasons, this location was perfect...in every way.
I take exception to those who complain about the breakfast: 1) they clearly state it's grab and go, like many properties we've been to....and 2) you have your own kitchen for heaven's sake.
Would we stay there again? We're in Scottsdale twice a year for about a week. I would have no problems staying there again.
