When we arrived at 4pm, our room was not ready. We were told that the room would be ready in about 30 minutes to an hour due to employee shortages. We came back two hours later and when we checked into our room there were no pillows and not enough towels for three people. We were told that the dryer broke down an to check back in an hour. The front desk clerk was folding the towels and bed linen by herself. She did all that she could to help us. I am satisfied with her professionalism and effort. However, the short staffed situtation, the waiting time, and lack of preparation for the room made this a bad experience. I fee lhat I should be compensated for the wait and the feeling of uncertainty at the location.
