The facilities and location of this hotel were great, but the front reception desk’s services and attitudes were terrible. As a largely non Japanese visitor , I asked for help with dinner reservations. On the first occasion, the front desk receptionist told me that she would not do it. On the 2nd occasion, another receptionist agreed to make a reservation and promised to get back to me within certain time frame, but she never did. And finally, when I asked for an extra pillow, I was told that there wasn’t any available at the hotel. However, when the service storage room was opened, there were many pillows sitting on the top shelf. All those deficiencies can be remedied with a slight improvement in hotel management.
