I would like to start by saying the front desk associate was VERY nice. I checked in very late and their computers were down. Apparently they had to turn ppl away, but they allowed me to be ‘hand-written checked in’. I kinda begged her to stay, since it passed 12 am and I had driven all the way from Tx, and had another 10 hr drive to go. The front desk associate had to walk me to my room to make sure it wasn’t already occupied. My room was on the first floor, off the lobby. Note: the lobby music can be heard from the room and it’s quite loud, even at 1 am. Upon settling in I noticed the room wasn’t very clean - a veryyy shotty job cleaning at best. There was also a dead roach on the floor. I didn’t complain only bc it was late, like I mentioned, and to be honest I didn’t feel like dealing with the whole computer crashing situation.. the bed was clean at least. Next AM, I noticed that the water provided in the room was filled to the top, but the seal was broken.. like they just refilled it. Anyhow, the manger has a letter to their guests welcoming them and stating to relay any concerns..blah blah. I should have taken his info down to relay this unsatisfactory stay, butttt I didn’t. However, I feel it’s necessary to let other hotels.com guests know so they can make their own decisions to stay or stay elsewhere…!
