My stay was extremely disappointing. There were cockroaches in every room and poor water flow from the bathroom sink. The room also had a strong smell of paint on the first evening which made me lose my appetite. Even the inside of the refrigerator smelled strange.
When I arrived, I spent over 20 minutes outside trying to figure out the door code because management failed to mention that the exterior "ButterflyMX" keypad was being replaced and was out of order at the time. I was repeatedly trying the wrong code before realizing the issue.
There was also no welcome sheet inside the unit with the promised Wi-Fi information and since there was no signal inside the building, I had to step outside late at night - where there were several homeless individuals nearby, just to access my check-in email for the password.
Overall, the experience was frustrating and poorly managed. I would not recommend staying here.
