I had an extremely unpleasant experience trying to get my car from the valet. When I checked in, the hotel was not forthcoming that valet was closed between certain times of the early morning. Therefore, the next day at 5am, I requested my car and was told, for the first time, that valet was closed and I had to walk 1 block to find my own car. The parking attendant had no idea where my car was, not even which of the 8 parking garage floors to look in! I stopped the elevator on every floor and I could not find it. I needed the car to drive my husband to the airport - now I’ve walked 1 block, panicked my way around every floor of a garage, only to rush back to the hotel to catch an Uber for my husband.
Really? What if this was my check out day? Luckily, it was not. But if it was, would have certainly missed the flight waiting for the hotel to produce my rental car. They had ZERO protocol to know where it was.
The manager did apologize. But honestly, this was such a terrible experience, that I’m compelled to write this review 6 weeks later.
