My stay at this property was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The room was nothing like the photos advertised on Hotels.com. When I arrived, the space was dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained. The microwave was broken and so was the chair, the bathroom had visible grime.
The noise level was unbearable — loud guests, slamming doors, and hallway noise kept me up most of the day becauseI work over nights. The pnly staff person the was pleasant and welcoming
was Rena. The other two people were rude and very unwelcoming. Their attitude felt unprofessional and dismissive.
For the price I paid, I expected at least basic comfort and cleanliness, but this stay failed in every way. I honestly only stayed due to the fact that we were wait for our apartment to be ready so we were short on cash. And i know it would take forever to get a refund to go somewhere else.
I will not be returning to this hotel, and I strongly recommend choosing another property if you want a clean, safe, and restful stay.
