I had an early flight and unfortunately missed breakfast. The hotel advertises a complimentary airport shuttle, but I would strongly recommend clarifying two points.
1. It would be helpful to confirm whether the shuttle service operates from the airport to the hotel, I arrived late at night, had no data to contact the hotel, and there were no airport staff available to assist, local bus drivers were not aware of the hotels location to advise, which resulted in my needing to book an Uber.
2. If the shuttle is available from the airport, please specify the exact terminal and exit to use, as this would greatly assist guests who may have limited means of communication on arrival.
Additionally, guests are charged a $100 refundable deposit at check‑in. I would prefer for this to be communicated upfront and charged in advance, rather than upon arrival when tired. This should also be clearly advertised.
The hotel also advertises that they have a 24 hour front desk, however, no one was there when I went to check out, granted I could leave my key in the box but I also wanted to speak to the staff as I had a query.
