From the outside, I was a little concerned but then inside the room was very clean, looked newly remodeled, and I was impressed. I loved the view out the back door too.

Really good property for the price, close to everything I’ve stayed on different hotels there and this was the best by far. I’ll definitely book it again

The gentleman that checked us in and out was very nice and helpful. He asked if we would like to view our room before we checked in. I never had anyone ask that before. The room was nice and smelled good. Like someone else said, the outside needs some work, but I think they are working on it. It was back off the road, so you were not bothered with the traffic noise.

The room was remodeled. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool was not useable because they are redoing it. It was almost in the middle of Peigon Forge. Was within walking distance to a lot of stuff. The price was very reasonable .

We are on a road trip and we’re looking for a comfortable, clean no frills place to stay. Great price and when I read the reviews, I was prepared for nothing special. The check in was at the hotel front of where we stayed. The staff were friendly and helpful. When we opened the door to our room we were pleasantly surprised. No hair dryer or shampoo but we brought our own. Clean and roomy with a good size refrigerator. The back door opened to the river with picnic tables. Great location we could walk everywhere. Comfortable beds. Will stay here again.

No hot water to shower, fridge was worn and looked dirty. Pool was not open and green. But you can tell that they are doing work on it and the staff was super nice, but still can't give it more than 2 stars just because the front desk staff was nice.

6/10 - Boa

There was a mix up with the room. Staff was very apologetic, but still required two trips back to the office. There was no phone in the room to call the desk. Elevator was out of order and there was a rusty grill outside. Room was new and clean. Wouldn't stay there again.

TV in room did not work. Elevator out of order. Bathroom was small but clean. Only a one night stay or would have canceled and tried something else

The most wonderful thing about this place is the combination of price and location. You don’t ever really have to get out on the main road, which is always packed, but you can get to Dollywood and multiple other places without problems.

Older motel that has been remodeled. Room has all new furnishings. There are no other amenities, but the price is very low.
